I have suggested to BB that she switch from the regular bed mattress to using an orthopedic mattress, because the doctor diagnosed her to have ten degrees scoliosis. It’s not really that bad yet, but it could get worse if not taken cared of. I also suggested that she go get it further checked, or better yet, start having a therapy.

An orthopedic mattress would surely help her, because even if I don’t have back problems, I prefer using it too.  I have benefited from it. Better posture, and less back aches. I’m sure that once BB starts using it, she will have a sound sleep at night, less back pains in the morning, and she can also avoid muscular discomfort. I’m pretty sure her mom and dad would love it too.
