Running For Stamina

I watched the video of Manny Pacquiao’ s training, while waiting for the video of Donaire’s fight to load. I’ve noticed that among all exercises that Manny had to do, running is one of the best fat burners exercise and actually a very effective way to maintain one’s weight too. Manny kind of gained weight last time, and he had to do extensive training plus change his diet too.
Aside from Manny, I’ve watched a lot of videos of boxers training for a fight, and they usually run a few kilometers everyday during training, and sometimes, they even do uphill running, which is very difficult and tiring. I improves one’s stamina, which is what they need most for 10 to 12 rounds of hard boxing fight.
