Having Better Noon Naps

Finally, the windows got venetian blinds to block the sunlight during noon time. I’m fine with it throughout the day, just not when it’s after lunch, because I recently changed my routines, and need to take naps after lunch to recover my strength. I couldn’t sleep well when the sun is piercing through the window and the room is lit up too much.

But now, I’m getting better naps, thanks to the blinds. I love the sun though, that’s why whenever I’m awake, I just open the windows wide, pull the blinds up, to let the sun rays in  because it’s good for the health, and in disinfecting the room. I also do it on purpose to let the air change and circulate.
