I’ve been wanting to get into a construction business for awhile now. I know a lot of people, I know where to get the supplies, but my problem is everybody’s major problem, money! A business plan, no matter how perfect, is not worth it without fundings.
I need to find someone or a group of individuals who will be willing to invest in the project. If I had my assets, all I needed to do was to some find e reliable asset based lenders who are willing to back me up, and will be able to help me out with my plans. But in my case, I will need people to invest.

Now… the question is who, and where do I find the right people?
