Moving Kits for Adam

Aug 31 2009 Published by parisukat under Uncategorized

With moving kits, transferring to a one place could be hassle-free. This what Adam discovered when he was moving from one state to another. He called up Discover Boxes and they were really quick to respond. They provided Adam with a custom kit that came with all the things that he needed for packing and moving. He had a complete set of moving boxes in different sizes, as well as the packing  and other moving supplies that he needed for their move.

Adam couldn’t be more thankful, because he knew that if he made the wrong move and did not end up wit the proper moving kits and supplies, moving tasks could have required more effort, and taken more hours to prepare and get  all set.

No need for comparison

“Nothing is good or bad but by comparison.” – Thomas Fuller

We are each unique, so comparing ourselves to others serves no purpose. Even comparing myself to how I was a while back is not usually helpful. Typically, comparison just brings the ego a false sense of either superiority or inferiority.

If we let go of comparison and choose instead to completely accept where we are, we can enjoy both peace and growth.

“Do not judge and you will never be mistaken.” – Jean Jacques Rousseau

Mounts for Your TV and LCD Screens

Aug 22 2009 Published by parisukat under Home Design and Improvement

TV and LCD screen mounts actually help hold them in place, that’s why I consider them essential. I bet my friend Robert would agree with me on this. He probably learned a lesson from his past experience of his 29 inch LCD screen that fell and got broken.

He said, if only he considered using a good quality mount, it would not cost him as much as buying a new replacement for the broken screen. Good mounts work and they should be used, rather than just randomly placing your expensive appliances in any desk, or  what have you. I should know, coz I have broken a few tv sets myself — accidentally. But with mounts, our tv at home is safe, and even the huge screen we use for gaming purposes is now secured.

1 million peso dinner

Aug 22 2009 Published by parisukat under Politics and Religion

Hmmm I wonder How good that 1 million peso dinner was that Gloria has shared with her entourage. I would be so lucky if I were a part of that flock of congressmen who joined Gloria on her trip. I don’t even really see a point why they should even be there, or why they have to spend that much on a single meal. They could have gone directly to their hotels and just ate a regular meal and saved the rest of the money for government projects that the rest of the Filipino people can benefit from. Let’s say it wasn’t Gloria, ok let’s give them a chance, it was those two congressmen who actually spend for the meal, but where could their money come from? And another questionable fact here is that, those two congressmen are actually getting maybe 5 or 6 times funds from the government than the rest, given that their area isn’t even as progressive. Hmmm.. I smell something fishy here….
