vacation mode
Posted by Oz - 31/05/08 at 08:05 pmI’m glad I went on a vacation. I feel a whole lot more relaxed now, even if it’s been just a few days since I’ve been off from work. I will be on vacation for awhile, I am extending my leave of absence from work and I plan to go back to work on the 16th. Anyway, my dad’s here now. Perhaps he could fix some things and take over, it’s his company anyway, and besides, he’s been away on a vacation mode life for so long. Right now, I just want to enjoy and take care of some personal matters. After almost purchasing a new Yaris, Lex and I have decided to just go for home loans instead, as an investment that is. I think it’s a wiser decision that getting a new car that would devalue in such a short time, while homes increase in value in a very short period of time. Maybe, we can pay it for a few years and lease the property while we’re paying it off. At the end of everything, it’s still ours and the value is higher than when we originally got it. I think it’s the wisest thing to do right now, instead of putting away our savings for something else that we could not really use that much. Actually, I would want a vacation home for myself. A place that I could relax and consider a get away from all the stressing environment.
