on being practical

We have so many dreams in this lifetime, but not all of them will come true. Not all of them we could easily reach, some would just remain dreams forever and that we have to learn to accept. There are so many out there who either ends up in jail, or simply becoming less of what they could’ve been simply because they’ve been trying to push it too hard to achieve one thing that they never could. Ending up frustrated and giving up on themselves totally just because of one lost dream. What about the rest of their dreams? What about the families who are looking up to them? Just let them down because you can’t achieve a certain thing? You or your children can’t eat ego.
To survive this life, one has to be practical. It works the same way for everything else in life, love, and even career. You want to be a doctor but your parents can’t send you to med school, what do you do? Sulk? Why not be practical and think of it this way. Consider taking up a more practical career path. Let’s say for example an x-ray technician course and become a certified x ray technician. Isn’t that more practical than spending so many years, money as well as effort getting higher education and ending up becoming unemployed? If you become a certified xray technician, you get a higher chance to work overseas, save money and later you can continue schooling, at the same time send your siblings or kids to school as well as provide their needs. My 2cents, be practical, consider your needs before your wants.

I will try to check blog other options and blog about it. Ciao for now!
