For goal setting to be effective, your goals need to be SMART-

Specific. Be clear about what you want to achieve. Include the who, what, when, where, and why.
Measurable. Set a target to know when you’ve achieved your goal.
Action orientated. Write a pla, step by step, of how you will achieve your long term goal.
Realistic. Make sure your goal is achievable but not too easy.
Timed. Set a target date to reach your goal

And my smart goal for this year is to achieve something that would attribute to my personal growth. I want to be able to take a degree online since I’m online most of the time. I want to make the most out of my time. For me it’s one smart move to achieve my goals. How about you, what is your smart move?
