Like before we used to send snail mails, but now there’s e-mail, and for the traditional fax and voice messaging, now there’s e-fax and voice mail. Before we use to go to malls just to shop, but now you can shop right from your home and just make your order through your computer, for as long as you have internet connection.
The more fun the net become as more applications are launched every single second and the smaller this world becomes for everyone. Like dating for example, before people used to date with people that they personally know or their friends set them up to date with. Now, there’s a thing called online dating, where anyone from anywhere on the world could find their perfect match. Dating sites serve as a gateway in building not only friendship but also more meaningful relationships. I have a friend, who met his love one through a free dating site, and now they have two kids and they’re happy. They never thought nor imagined that they would end up together, because location wise, they seemed like worlds apart before. But I guess when it comes to love, everything becomes possible. Sometimes you meet people or find them in the most unexpected places and circumstance.
